JAB Listening

JAB Listening — public listening sessions of the best tracks from albums released in 2025 and 2026.

Looking for a way to present your new music to leading jazz critics? Submit a track from your album and receive expert feedback from music producers, journalists, and critics.

Submission guidelines:

• Only tracks from published albums released in 2025 and 2026 are accepted. Unpublished albums will not be considered for JAB Listening.
• Tracks released as singles are not accepted.
• EPs with fewer than 4 tracks are not eligible.
• Please note: we only accept jazz tracks. Submissions in other genres will not pass the selection.

Expert panel at JAB 2026: 

• Kirill Moshkov — publisher and editor‑in‑chief of Jazz.Ru magazine.
• Mikhail Ikonnikov — author and host of the weekly programme «Simply About Jazz» on Radio Rossii and Radio Kultura.

Natalya Fokina — Programming Director of JAZZ 89.1 FM radio station. 

Natacha Cruz — President of the Argentine Jazz Circuit Foundation 

Maria Baranovskaya — Deputy Head of the Non‑Business News Department at Kommersant newspaper, former Head of the Culture Department at TASS
