Oksana Fodina
Oksana joined the Foundation’s team in December 2018 She manages the programs and projects in the field of culture. She worked in a range of non-profit organizations, such as charity foundation Volnoe Delo, New Eurasia Foundation, Institute for Law and Public Policy, Eurasia Foundation (USA), Center for Constitutional Studies at Moscow Public Science Foundation, and Institute of Europe of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
Oksana implements social and charitable projects in various fields of higher and secondary education, promotes entrepreneurship and local communities, and organizes various corporate events. She was responsible for the full project cycle: concept development, budgeting, expertise, preparation of information and reporting materials for internal and external use, organization of project events, communication with stakeholders, etc.
Oksana has a degree in philology from Moscow Pedagogical State University, MBA in marketing from Moscow international higher business school MIRBIS, and a degree in Social Management from Higher School of Economics.
