Where and when is the program of the VII International Jazz Across Borders Forum-Fest taking place?
On June 13 and 14, 2025, from 11:00 to 22:00 at the Taganka Theater and Igor Butman Jazz Club at 21 Verkhnyaya Radishchevskaya Street, Moscow
What does JAB include?
The events take place in several directions: The main program of Jazz Across Borders, The Forum of jazz educators, School of Jazz Producers, JAB Showcases, a traditional series of performances by artists for producers.

How can I become a participant of JAB?
Attendance at all Jazz Across Borders (JAB) events is free for participants. To participate in the main JAB program, you need to fill out a JAB participant application on the official website jazzrussia.com, receive a letter of approval for the application and pick up the accreditation at the Taganka Theater on the days of the event.
How do I pay the participation fee?
Participation is free of charge.
When does registration for Jazz Across Borders (JAB) 2025 end?
May 30, 2025.
How do I become a member of JAB Showcases?
JAB Showcases are one of the tracks of Jazz Across Borders and are a series of short performances (showcases) by musical groups for forum-fest participants.
The participation of musical groups in JAB Showcases is free of charge, the groups take part in JAB Showcases on a competitive basis, the applications of the groups for participation are evaluated by the jury of JAB Showcases.
To participate in the event, you need to fill out a JAB participant application on the official website jazzrussia.com by ticking the track “JAB Showcases” at the end of the application, and receive an application approval letter with a link to an additional application form for your team. The additional form must be completed by the participant by May 19, 2025.
An application for participation in the JAB Showcases is submitted by only one of the band members, while all band members must have accreditation for Jazz Across Borders. If your team passes the selection process to participate in the JAB Showcases, the JAB Showcases manager will contact you. On the days of the event, you will need to pick up your accreditation at the Taganka Theater.

How can I change my application details?

Can I register multiple participants?
No, each participant must register separately.
Where and when can I get a name badge?
At the point of accreditation on June 13 and 14, 2025 at the Taganka Theater at 21 Verkhnyaya Radishchevskaya Street, Moscow.
What is needed to get a name badge?
Any identification document with a photo is required to receive the name badge. Obtaining a name badge by a trusted person is not possible.
I lost my name badge, what should I do?
Apply to the accreditation office with any identification document with a photo. The personal presence of the participant is mandatory.
Can I attend the events of the Jazz Educators Forum, the Jazz Producers School, or the JAB Showcases with the Jazz Across Borders badge?
Yes, all of the above events take place within the framework of Jazz Across Borders in a single space, no additional permits are required.
Can I go to the Moscow Jazz Festival events/The Moscow Jazz Festival with the Jazz Across Borders badge?
To attend the Moscow Jazz Festival’s paid events, a ticket is required, which can be purchased on the festival’s website http://moscowjazzfestival.com. The Jazz Across Borders badge is not valid at the Moscow Jazz Festival.
How do media representatives register?
To register, you need to fill out an application for accreditation and send it by email media@jazzrussia.com
