Jason Olaine

Jazz at Lincoln Center first approached Jason Olaine in 2011 to be a consultant to help program the institution’s 25th Anniversary Season and produce the NEA Jazz Masters annual event as well as their annual Gala. That same year Jazz at Lincoln Center was getting ready to open the first jazz club outside the U.S. in Doha, Qatar and they asked Jason to consult with that project as well.

As Director of Programming and Touring Jason is responsible for developing the season themes and oversee the programming in New York. He also has a large role to play in the business development and programming of the satellite club Jazz at Lincoln Center in Shanghai.
